ABOUT LISA

Nobody is broken

My role isn’t to tell you who to become. It’s to help you remember who you already are.

When I was little, my mum taught me to bring peace to nightmares by thinking about butterflies. That simple act of imagination planted a seed in me — the knowing that even the smallest shift in thought can ripple into something much bigger. Years later, when I discovered Chaos Theory and the Butterfly Effect, it all clicked: the tiniest changes in mindset, energy, or action can transform the course of our lives.

My own journey has been anything but linear. For a long time, I filled my days with what felt urgent, while avoiding the quiet pull of what I knew deep down was my calling. It took the challenges of being a mum, teacher, and human to finally pause, listen to my body and inner knowing, and step fully into this work.

Along the way I realised that there’s no perfect parent, no manual for life, and no benefit to pouring from an empty cup. What we can do is come back to ourselves — our well-being, our voice, and our sense of purpose. From there, everything begins to shift.

Real change starts from the inside out. Our mindset shapes how we see ourselves, our families, and the possibilities before us.

When we learn to pause, notice our thoughts, and shift our perspective, doors open that we didn’t even realise were closed.

Meditation and mindfulness help us access that inner stillness — the place where clarity and intuition live. From there, we can respond to life with awareness, rather than reacting from old habits or fear.

The metaphysical layer weaves through all of this. Our thoughts, emotions, energy, and environment are deeply connected. When one shifts, the others follow. By exploring these connections, we begin to see how much power we truly have to create change — in ourselves, our families, and our future.

Parenting, adulting, and teenager-ing are all journeys without manuals.

‍Communication, purpose, and leadership aren’t just skills — they’re ways of being that ripple through every relationship.

Vulnerability is strength, and awareness is the first step to change.

Small, aligned steps create powerful transformation.

My mission is to support individuals and families to reconnect with their inner truth, realign with their purpose, and create meaningful change — from the inside out.

Through intuitive coaching and practical tools, I guide people to remember who they are and lead from within, sparking ripple effects that shift communities and restore the innate worth and wisdom that may have been forgotten over time.

To support this journey, the BE Toolkit offers a growing collection of resources — both free and paid — to meet you where you’re at. From practical tools that anchor insight into action, to Sacred Spirit Elements in partnership with Think and Grow Education, you’ll find support to deepen your self-leadership and expand your impact.

The BE Toolkit includes meditations, workshops and resources to support you on your journey.

My work is grounded in The Butterfly Effect Process

1.Patterns

2.Pause

We explore what’s happening beneath the surface and identify the patterns, stories and beliefs that may be holding you back.

We pause. You reconnect with your breath, body and inner wisdom.

3.Pivot

4.Practice

We pivot. With practical tools and soulful strategies, we look at things differently and open up new possibilities.

We practice new ways of being that build momentum and create lasting change

This isn’t about fixing you — you don’t need fixing. It’s about remembering your strength, reclaiming your clarity and realigning with who you truly are.

Adults

Navigating change, seeking clarity, and wanting to feel more like yourself again — while creating a life that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

Teens

Feeling misunderstood, searching for confidence, purpose, and a place where they can be heard.

In-Betweens

Those in transition, questioning, or figuring out their next chapter and ready to reconnect with who they really are.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Sometimes you simply need a space to stop. To be heard. To ask the questions. To see things differently. And remember that you are capable of more than you currently believe.
